Downtown Santa Cruz: go to the grey hound station, around evening. Wait till a hobo/ street kid asks if you have any rolling papers. ask if they know where the weed's at. They'll ask if ur a cop etc. once the conversation start, ask if they know where the LSD's at. Don't be sketch and don't say it loud or around anyone else. Don't show any money until they show product.

the worst thing you could do is shout "hey man how about some doses?" across the street. most people are hella scando about acid, it's not decriminalized like mj.

just in case you were serious in your e-mail... undercover cops can lie all they want. Any undercover cop who wants to stay undercover will say "no" when asked if s/he is a cop.

This is not entrapment it is just being effective at keeping your cover. A straight cop won't consume scheduled drugs with you (unless his or her life is threatened) and will let you do most of the work in soliciting whatever it is you're after (drugs, sex, WMDs, counterfeit Guatemalan toothbrushes, whatever).

However, entrapment can be funny and undercover cops are often really good at what they do (even though it's fun for us to call them stupid pigs)... it's not too hard to trick some people into thinking that the cop was the one who originally offered the drugs with no solicitation (which is a kind of entrapment) when you were actually the one who clearly (in a legal sense) initiated the transaction and persisted in pursuing the deal when you could have backed out.

Bottom line: plenty of people think they can outsmart narcs with stuff like ("are you a cop?" or thinking that they're doing a good job at pretending like they really don't want drugs but getting them in the end anyway)... if you're really talking to a narc these schemes will land you in prison.
