I work as a lab technician, at a environmental testing lab, and still live at home. They pay decently, the work environment is laid back, I can do whatever as long as I get my projects finished. We are grossly understaffed so I get to work as much overtime as I want, on top of my 30 hour work weeks. I can also go to work whenever I want to over the weekend and leave whenever, I got the keys to the lab.

My tuition expenses are cheap since I go to community college, and don't take too many classes. I don't have much expenses except for my phone bills, credit cards, gasoline, and netflix account.

I usually have more money than I know what to do with, even after putting 50% away in the savings account, so I try to go raving as much as I can.

Just working full time. Don't have too much money left over from rent and living expenses, but it's enough for raving. Hella cheaper than buying drinks at the clubs, I have friends that spend almost a $100 or more a night just on drinks alone! Anyhoo, I always pre-game before.

Us northbay kids know how to carpool...

last night for psymbolic 2 i had no money. I filled my min van up and asked for 10 bucks from each person. I used 20 of the gas money for a ticket, somehow scored a pack of smokes and had just enough gas to get home.

10 bucks aint bad for gas money especially if the person that's driving you is staying sober/taking naps to make sure you have a safe ride home

I used to work ALOT. Shitty jobs. 14.50 an hour. manual labor/corporate asshole. Had my own place. Paid for all my shit.

I'm going back to school now which means the 10/hr again probably. I try to only go to one rave a month that I actually have to pay for. The rest are free rennies or parties that I can get in to for free. I don't do a lot of drugs so that is taken care of. I'm going to be taking wine tasting/bartending classes to balance a good paying job with school...and something that will make finding a job in the city easier as I finish school.

MONEY MONEY MONEY. I don't get outa bed for more than 10 bucks an hour and usually make more than 14/hr cuz I'm a bitch like that. And right now I'm not paying rent mwahahaha...for a couple months at least.

Biggest thing though.

Mother fucking carpool.

And not doing drugs.

I've spent more money on drugs at a rave than the actual ticket itself before...ew.
