Where are the 16+ parties?

I'm new to the rave scene, and I'm looking for some legit raves that you don't have to be 18 to get into. Where are the all age (or 16+ ) clubs in SF? When are some 16+ events going down?

By the way, I'm from Morgan Hill (just south of San Jose). I listen to underground rap, hip-hop, reggae, and of course a wide plethora of electronica.
