Where are all the raves and their exact locations, plus any xtra X?

I want to a go to a *rave*, but when is the next one in san francisco and where is it exactly? next one in oakland? How about a virgin venue in another town that has never been used before? It would be *convenient* for me and *my friends* to know the location beforehand. Also, are they 18+/21+? or are they probably not permitted 16+/all age ones? Because we are underage and like the unpermitted ones, that would be nice.

Also, my friends would like to meet some people at said rave. My friends are underage girls who often like to party in jus underwear because it is pretty hot these days. But they only like men who are over 18, preferably 20s or 30s...or higher lol:
