Not for lights and LEDs but for awsome rave TOYS like hats, mardi gra bead necklaces, FANS, and cool stuff Party City is the best ive found. Thye have the light up spinny wands and theyre super cheap!
They have firetrucks, princess ones (mine!), footballs, and a star one and lots of others
plus i dont think party city has cameras.... but DONT TAKE MY ADVICE ON THAT!

Target sells blue and white Inovas for 7-8 bucks each. You can go get more colorful led's at places like radioshack to make new colors. I also saw some Inovas at OSH today.
