Underage -->18+ raves

How often do they check ID's at 18+ raves? Are there any good ways of assuring that you'll get in?

you never know until you get there cus there is always that chance that you are going to get carded.

I think it sometimes depends on how big the event is.

hmm i remember at bethankful2 i forgot my id, so while my friends were gettin carded, i just walked by, gave them my ticket and i was in =] lol.

but just bring it, for regency center <yes> for bill graham auditorium ...they usually dont care. still bring it, rather be safe then sorry.

if your under 18 get a fake (21ID
But if your 16 or younger you do not meet the qualifications for applying for a fake card

unfortunately its one of those things that you may have to suffer with till you are 18, it does suck but no huge deal, once u turn 18 you'll probablly wishing ya were 17 again..... i do


yo could always get presales and show up at the party,,,, i dont think ive ever been carded with presales ......

They carded everyone at Connected, regardless of presales. It sucked so much ass, a lot of my friends couldn't get in and they had already bought their tickets. My friend and I are both 17, but we got in. We don't even have fakes either, ninjaaaaaa

i know a bunch of ppl that got carded that day. im soo happy to be 18 with an id. =]

well arent bouncers pretty good at detecting fake ids? last thing i want is my fake confiscated...

yeah they are probably masters at checking ID's
....well at least if the bouncer has previous expierence

its funny because i work at the library,,,, (not "THE LIBRARY" but the one with books n stuf)
we check peoples id's (not thuroughly but jsut to make sure all the info is correct when geting new cards)

this girl who looked 19(ish) applied for a card and after looking at her ID i could CLEARLY tell it was fake by the shine of the hologram,
an i actually asked her if it was fake and she said it was,

so it dosent take alot of expirence to tell weather a card is fake or not,

but i think its worth a try

i'm 18 but my girlfriend is a year younger than me and i've taken her to a number of 18+, but she always got in ok. we were a little iffy at bethankful because we heard a bunch of people were getting rejected, but we got passed the door with no problems. but honestly no way you can make sure of getting in without having a good ID.

I'm gonna talk shit and say they should always card!!

but then again I was 16 at these things in the mid 90's.
however they were much better.
