it's as easy as deciding a place and time.


how bout this....middle of the outside smoking section at 11 pm. Its a very long outside strip and there is a door in the middle of that strip. even if that one door is not the way they'll have people going out...we will still be able to get to that center spot. this is also good because it is away from the music and people won't have to yell to talk.

boom....meet-up prep finished.

now its up to everyone else to use their own memory power to remember those 2 simple things.


I've been to meet-ups with 30+, one of them even 60+ people before....people who think they don't work and don't go at the time stated...well...you're part of the reason certain meet-ups fail.

you couldn't have said it any better! I know, I drop whatever I'm doing and make sure I make it to the meetup on time. I think I'm going to print out a sign saying ravelinks or something. I know there are many people that know each other, but there are also some that are new or they are internet shy and don't post much or at all. I should have done that during the day meetup at Lovefest.
