that's pretty awesome that you have reached that point where you can be open about that kind of stuff. I remember telling my dad abotu raving and how relieved i was b/c he doesnt care. I mean he shouldn't considering we're friends with goa gil! but anyways...lol. I know what you mean. doing E isnt cool, that's not the point, the fact that the relationship you share with your dad is mature enough to not have to lie is what's fucking awesome.

but yeah...maybe you should bring him? lol. that might be interesting.

i asked if he wanted to go sometime. But raves arent his typa thing. he's a flower child. Was partying during the summer of love not as fast past alot more mellow in those times.

Im glad that he knows the kind of weekends i have and now my friends can like sleep at my house and i can be like "dont wait up cuz we're going raving" and the whole E situation, it wasnt like he was saying " thats great u do E." he just didnt get all upset when i told him i did it. We didnt really talk about it. I have a really chill dad and i love that, so ppl shouldnt be saying that its bad that he supports me doing E.

But to the ppl who understand, thanks to much and i hope u and ur parents can understand each other sometime soon too

DUDE icskater me and my dad are the same way... hes not cool with it but he would rather know exactly what im doing instead of hearing some bullshit lie. Its cool when u can talk to your parents like friends instead of "parents". mUch bettr parent child relationship ther now ya kno...

thats me right there. went to homeschool just to finish senior year cuz i smoked too much. once you get your life going is when you should do drugs

the honesty is really cool. im happy you have a comfortable relationship with your pops and that he knows where youre coming from..

personally, i dont think a parent being your friend means they can't be your parent too. parents are around to help us make good choices for ourselves. and i dont really think that rampant drug use as a kid is the brilliant way to go, or that parents should condone it. drugs can open up a person's mind when taken for that purpose, but it's only detrimental when you just wana be fucked up and have a good weekend, and you do it almost every weekend. if your folks dont sweat that, cool. i'm aware not everyone has the same opinions.
