IT FUCKIN BLEW!

For once in my life the Ginger Bread House was way to fucking loud & i swear i knew like 6 of the 30 people there... Over all it was just a horrable party witth some crazy shit going down with people getting tossed out and what not.

The DJs were good but who ever was running the sound much not know what sounds good. Everything was TOO LOUD and the party had this sketchy ass vibe. Me and a few people felt it... IDK..

Such a god damn waist of a good sound system and a amazing venue

eh, raves a rave, just gotta have fun no matter the condition, but then, we were also at an AMAZING event the night before, lol, so yeah, in comparison to that, there is none, but yeh, the gingerbread house made me sad..... compared to how it was basically like a home to me in the scene, but eh, shit jus goes bad at times, but 1 of the highlights of the night: CHESHYRE GOT ARRESTED?!?!:

don't worry about me, all is well in the land of cheshyre . liquid and i are still getting a good laugh from this scenario:

"yeah dude...the cops arrested some black guy upstairs."
"what?!...cheshyre got arrested?!?!"

hi-fucking-larious. thing is, i completely understand the train of thought. i am like the black guy in the rave scene, so when people here "black guy got arrested" and the only regular they know is yours truly...haha, yeah i get it.

but no, chesh' did not get arrested. in fact the guy did get cuffed...well let's just say that he definitely was not one of us.

the party:

it was par. not very many attendees. it is one of those, "the situation is what you make it." i was still worn out from dancing and giving light shows the entire night at viva (and i do literally mean the entire night), so i just sat back, chilled, partook in some wonderful conversations, and just enjoyed some damn good company.

the place getting shut down...i was surprised. never thought i'd see that happen to the gbh, and never would have expected it to happen in sf. swore that was oakland pd's specialty, not the city's...

anyway as i told liquid as we were heading back home, "yeah...i had a good time. i'm not upset that i went, but i wouldn't have been angry if i had missed this one either."

as the saying goes, "you win some, you lose some." i'd say this one was more of a draw...

So this is the party that was @ the GBH last night?

Yeah that sucks it got broken up. The owners also got warned that if there are any more parties there. Then they would be in real trouble. So that may have been the last late night party there for quite sometime .

So what all went down that was so bad that people got arrested?

i had fun at first...was hella tired...

EVERYONE seemed burnt out from the night before

there was only one dj who i stayed for most of their set and that was the doctor...at one point me and amber were the only hardcore dnb bitches in the upstairs room because we rock

the doctor

besides that i found myself bouncing between rooms and just socializing

that's not really me

me and my crew bounced to a psytrance renegade and it was awesome. i knew like three people there and wasn't mad about it

me, c-hiss, freeze and mystery made our own psytrance imaginary band on the dance floor complete with epic air keyboards and the sort

good times

and it was awesome to finally meet you jason btw. you have good vibes and i appreciate it

Yeah pretty much everyone was either A) Tired from Viva Pinata or B) in LA @ EDC.

The GBH is just way too hot (literally and figuratively).. sucks that it got shut down and looks like that venue can't be used anymore.

It was shut down due to the guys with a gun outside. It's a rare occasion that something like this happens in SF in terms of something getting shut down. It was a very small party, but I still had fun minus the guys with guns. That was totally nerve racking. Props to Pockets for helping out with the safety of every one.
