Ticketed for possession but....

Alright last night I got pulled over right in front of my house and got a ticket for possession of marijuana. I had roughly 6-7 grams on me so I know I will have to pay a 100 dollar fine but two years ago I got pulled over for racing so I am on probation. Just wondering what might happen when I go to court in a few months. I know about the fine and I think I'll loose my license.... oh I just turned 20 by the way.

Alright this exact thing happened to me.

Lost my licence for a year. Because you are under 21 it will happen.
I was on probation I think I did 30 days but I had other charges and felony probation couldn't let it go.
A $500fine. I think?

Anyways. they took your weed wrote a ticket.
I bet you they wont even file it.

Cops stole your weed. Smoked it themselves and forgot about it.

i went to court today for that and got 150 dollars fin, 100 dollars restitution and 20 dollar court fee. but u might be able to do drug diversion i dont need to any more cause i got my card.

last time a cop took my weed he put it in his shirt pocket, and i asked him "you savin that for when you get home tonight?" cops says "You betcha, now get outa here before people think im writing you a ticket or something..."

You know.. I'm not really sure what the law is, I tried googling the hell out of it to help you out but I can't figure it out. This will usually depend on the judge. Maybe it's a good idea to hire a public defender (it's just $25 bucks bro) and they DO help.

Actually, nevermind, I believe you have to plead not-guilty to hire a public defender. You're pleading guilty, right?

Damn man, I'm generally at peace with everything, but when it comes to courts... they effectively freak me the hell out. Sorry bro, I wish you the best.
