I heard there actually used to be parties on alcatraz back around like 2000, but I'm pretty sure he didn't mean like ravey raves.... i could be wrong, but i'll have to wait until tomorrow to check it out.

Actually my friend Jimmy from The Bagok Tribe through one with Space Children on Treasure Island way back in the day called Return to Fantasy Island. They even had a boat shuttle from pier 39. It went all night with some big headliners. Very interesting night.

I was referring to the break in that went down in one of the closed down training buildings.

why would you need a ferry from pier 39? you can drive on the island.

They had a few shuttle buses as well. Not sure if maybe that was part of the deal to have it there(no one allowed to drive there). It was a really big event. This was back in the day.
