Just a little knowledge for you all:
EVERY SINGLE TEA comes from the same plant, Camellia sinensis. The only differences in the end are how its processed(resulting in the four types - black, green, oolong, and white) and what is infused in the end.

White tea: Un-Wilted and unoxidized
Yellow tea: Un-wilted and unoxidized but allowed to yellow
Green tea: Wilted and unoxidized
Oolong: Wilted, bruised, and partially oxidized
Black tea/Red tea: Wilted, crushed, and fully oxidized

Process:

My Favorites:

Bagged tea(Bigelow, Stash, Good Earth, Wissotzky, and several other brands - green, black, oolong, and white):

Mint Medley
I love Lemon
Sweet Dreams
Orange And spice
Cozy Chamomile
Perfect Peach
Chamomile Mint
Pomegranate Pizazz
Menta
Mango Manzanilla
Cranberry Apple
Cinnamon Apple
Constant Comment
Vanilla Chai
Masala Chai
Nana (spearmint)
Apple Delight
Cinnamon Magic
Red Tea- Cinnamon and Vanilla
Red/white fusion
Moroccan Mint Tea
Lemon Ginger
Creme Caramel

I honestly can not go into loose tea because giving simply the names would not do them justice and there are too many.

Lupicia.com
and they have a store in stonestown next to my school with even more selections and free samplings. Just smelling them makes my heart and taste buds leap with joy.

Everything from their infusions like Lavender and grapefruit to Caramel or teas like their "Wedding tea" that add color and intense flavor or even the most basic of leaves that are incredibly fresh and dense.

I drink 4+ cups of tea per day.
Without sugar, honey, splenda, or any other sweet additives.
Only soy milk and types of chocolate sometimes.

TEA, FOR THE FUCKING WIN!!!!!

Hot tea is a singer's miracle drink.

Whenever I get sick close to a performance date, I chug the stuff. The steam from the cup clears my nasal passages and the heat melts all the crap in my throat away. And I make sure to add tons of honey too so my soar throat will feel good as new in no time.
