Super Duper Bowl Review thread.. FOR REAL!

yeah dream you missed out on a good rave sac scene alot different from bay area realy realy different like old crowd and not as many girlies running around in their underwear but more hoods but nice hoods hahah not as much enegry but great rave i mean ok listen to this 8:53 to 5:32 so hmm i felt like i went to work from 9 to 5 lol only thing was bathroom and a lil packed other then that great

I had a great time at SDB. The people I met in line were friendly, and even when I couldn't bring drinks in, the security guy let me put my bag in my car and come back without getting back in line.

I thought the music in the trance room was great, and especially enjoyed Dyloot and J Scott G's sets. I danced and danced and danced, it was great. The bathrooms were a little hairy, but it didn't affect my flow, maybe I got lucky.

This was my first rave, so I can't rate the crowd, but I thought it was pretty good. Some people stopped and danced with me for a while, which was cool.

I think i got dehydrated around 3-4am, started really zoning, and wound up leaving around 4:30. I need to focus on drinking more water I think.

It was my first Sac rave, and I have to say, I really enjoy Bay Area raves a lot better. I just didn't feel the same positive energy I feel at Bay raves, and I wanted to so bad. And there were a few really mean guys out there, one in particular. You know who you are. I just wanted to kandi stomp all night, and I felt like a lot of people were very un-PLUR. I had a fun time overall, but I really have more fun with the ravers in the bay area.


Thanks for anyone who danced with me at SDB! I wore a yellow lion cub hat, in case you were wondering.

This was my first rave...and it was AMAZING!
My friends and I had so much fun, and I cant wait for the next one.

We all really liked the music alot. The people were generally really nice, until everyone was stuck against everyone on the way between the bathroom and the smoking area.
Overall, I'd say it was a greattt success

Props. to the channelz crew in sac town, they threw an awesome party. The sound and lighting was about right for the venue, just that it could have used a few more fans to cool people off.

This rave was awesome!! I have been to 3 sac raves - Burnt Out 2, Push It, and Super Duper Bowl 2 - all have been a success. The vibe is different and awesome - Thankfully there really arent too many little kids running around in their underwear at the sac raves, I honestly wish more raves were like that. That would probably weed out the 12-17 year olds that mainly go for the drugs and to possibly find someone to hook up with. If only they had more respect for themselves!

But otherwise, I feel that the sac scene has a more homely type of vibe rather than the majority of the bay raves i have been to. Much more friendly and welcoming, plus there are a lot of baby ravers i've found in the sac scene.

I though it was good, in fact i was downright amazed at how well it was pulled off, i hadn't been to ANY good sac parties. Music was good,espessially in the house room, but there were some shady ass people walkin around, i felt i was gonna get shanked. overall, awsome party, sac partys aint got NOTHIN on the bay tho. No offence
