If I've offended anyone over the past couple days. Than I'm sorry.. I've been going through a ruff time lately. Even though I have given my opinion, I realized i haven't been expressing it in a way that reflects who I am..

So for that, I am sorry to those that I offended.

we all go through these stages of self reflecting. its called growth, when someone is able to see things differently and understands other things that you wouldn't have been able to as a youth. i just feel that you're going thru a hard time in your life where you don't quite understand everything around you but your trying to make sence of it all. the person you are portraying is not the real you by far. only a defensive shell you've made for yourself to protect yourself from hurt. i know, i have them to, but you have to still be yourself while at the same time being cautious of who you let into your heart.

please find out who you are and then just be yourself. if you're a nice guy then let it show. nobody can hate you for that

Inner reflection is something that should be kept, you know, inner... Or at least between someone that knows you well and has a knack for wisdom. For someone with a seemingly external locus of control like yourself, basing your evaluations of yourself on the opinions of a public message board isn't the best idea.

I think your problem is that you let other people determine your actions and beliefs instead of going with what you feel is right. I mean, damn, it's even pretty apparent on here; someone says throw a party/throw a party/someone says stop throwing parties/stop throwing parties, someone says join the Navy/consider joining the Navy/someone says don't join the Navy/don't join the Navy, someone says kandi kids are fun/become a kandy kid/someone says kandi kids are immature/stop being a kandi kid, etc. Instead of listening to people, be a stubborn SOB. If you enjoy throwing parties, throw parties; If someone bitches about it, find a way to throw them whilst shutting them up. There are always going to be dissenting opinions, and you can never satisfy everyone, this is fact. Focus on satisfying your own shit.

i think more of your inner reflection should go on within, rather than step by step on the ravelinks san francisco message board. good luck with life and stuff, but stop sweating yourself so hard. if you realize something you want to change about yourself, START working on it. it's not gonna happen overnight, so don't beat yourself up along the way cuz it won't get you anywhere. respect yourself in that you're growing and stop giving play by play commentary to a bunch of kids who could care less if you run for president or dose too hard and get yourself committed.
