You just get used to it after a while...

when I was in school I was attending classes like 30 hours a week, working 2 jobs 20-40 hours a week and had a paper route. I slept 4 hours a day on a good day....I survived, so can you.

The partying gets less and less though...but when you do go, go all out.

Plan special events with friends, and make them meaningful and inspiring. And when you do rave, my God almighty you rave like a hedgehog on a kilo of blow. And also, use raving to inspire your work ans school, as well as the other way around. I get up for work after a rave feeling more important and creative. I might not be, but feeling that way helps me live my life.

Either that, or go out and get yourself a nice, hearty meth addiction. That way you wont WANT to go to school, work or probably even raving. It's the solve-all solution!

Do all your school work (homework, projects, papers) right away, and if you have free time then go out.

Keep your priorities straight; make sure you know what’s most important.

I got caught up for a long time and would half ass work, and school, and party like a rock star. It’s really hard to balance depending on your classes and job. For a long time I put raving before work and school because both are boring and raving is fun. But raving doesn’t pay the bills, and it doesn’t not educate me. I now work full time, and study part time and when I do all my homework I reward myself. I only rave once a month if that; the scene is not the same so it doesn’t much matter to me. I go out almost every weekend but that is only if my homework is done. I usually do my homework here on my lunch and breaks and it works out really well. Just got to be smart about it and reward yourself for doing something good not always wanting to just party.

I keep my goals in mind. I only go to parties that look really worthwhile. I dance like it's my last night on earth and I usually stay sober so I can work or study the next day.
gooood luck.

working a consistant 7 days a week not including studio engineering time plus 9 hours a week of school = very little time for fun, but I managed to work in plenty of partying with that schedule.

When I need to party and I'm stuck at work, I drop like six pills in the bathroom. People at work just think I'm REALLY REALLY nice. I buy everyone lunch and bust out with light shows and dancing while they're eating. I got written up for trying to give people back massages and hand orgy's. Thats apparently not allowed in the work place....weird!

I had the same problem, when it comes down to it its like other people said, just moderation. Raving is kinda like taking a vacation, just a lot more convenient so you have to factor in all of your responsibilities and take care of them before you can clock out. Typically those off weekends where there isnt much coursework and you get a day off is the perfect time to really party.

its called time management. put all the important stuff first (unfortunately that sucks) then when you have the time go party and go all out when you party. im actually trippin a bit cuz im heading back to college and i have lots of work to do with my production company and i have a lot of shows and im worrying about how im gonna do everything too.

just keep ur head up and know you can do it.

much like everyone else, get priorities.

me for example,
full time student at sfsu
work about 25 a week
and rave on the weekend.

i useto go to every rave, but them i realize i cant be doing that. so i plan ahead and go the the ones i really want to go. like massives and hyped up bay area one.
dont rave just cuz u want 2 make sure you got the times, and money for everything not just raving.
