Santa Cruz get together Sat afternoon 5/12

This saturday around noon or 2pm-ish a couple friends and I are going to get together somewhere at a nice outdoor spot in santa cruz to hang out, make kandi, and enjoy food & drank. We'll be going to a beach, meadow, or spot by the river depending on the weather and what everyone's in the mood for. oh for more people you could hit up tri-atoms myspace. They are trying to get groups together in SC to do things, its a bit of a younger crowd but the people running it are around our age.

Yeah Lets set it up again. Except lets pick a time and a place, that way people can plan their day around it.

So what times are best for people? During the day? Afternoon? Evening?

I don't mind hosting it at my house, although i have a pretty tiny studio, cute but tiny.Although I could always nudge my bf into spinning, he spins drum and bass, happy hardcore, hardcore, and gabber and whatever he feels liek at the moment.

I am available pretty much whenever, except 5-7 during most evenings, oh and i dont wake up until like 11.

My friends and i have been trying to get Santa Cruz ravers to go see the Midnight Movie with us for the past couple of weeks... That would be fun. We saw The Neverending Story last week, and the Dark Crystal before that.
There were a couple people, but it would be rad to get more. I

'm fine for doing just about whatever in SC. We could go to the beach or the arcade or there is Karaoke at the boardwalk bowl! Yeah! KARAOKE! I'm so down.

I'd love to do karaoke sometime, but I have a feeling they do it at the bar, so I wouldn't be able to do that until late June. Does anyone have a portable grill of any kind so we could BBQ on the beach or up in the mountains? I know a few spots that would be great for that.

I'd be down for something Friday afternoon or evening this week. I may go camping on the weekend, if not sat/sun would work for me too.

Actually karaoke is for all ages from 6-9pm. BBQ would be cool. Not a bon fire though. I think i'm busy on the weekend... But I should be free for part of it. I'm so down to hang out...

hmm, theres a meeting in the city on sat but I rather stay in town and not drive. I keep trying to make it to those midnight movies but I have not.
I work between 5-7 on fri and need to do a little work on sat, but I am down for it. So far I don't think I have any plans for this weekend

I'm down for something on saturday. Car pooling up to the bay BBQ, or something smaller down here if that doesn't pan out. I'd also be up for the midnight movie @ night.

Regardless of what happens saturday, I'm going to be making candy on friday as well (I havent made any for lift yet ) if anyone wants to join me late afternoon / night.
