renting the gingerbread house

i was wondering if any of you guys knew any info regaurding renting the venue that pisces was at [the gingerbread house] on cesar chavez and Connecticut
i heard from one of the guys that was promoting that night that you had to be referred
and i was just wondering if you guys knew any people who could help me out with that
me and my friend want to throw a bday rave there

o-o, why would you post the address and location of the gingerbread house?
The reason the gingerbread house is RARELY used is because they don't want it to die like the Crackhouse and the Library have.. thus they dont want just anyone throwing parties there.

Not only do you have to be referred probably but you better have a list of successful events that you have done.

I'm sure they don't want some green promoters going in there and not doing it right.

I don't know your experience but if your posting on ravelinks about the venue then I'm sure you haven't done very many events.
