Sometimes you just have to ask a promoter and if he/she has a slot and you fit what they need you're in. It is about politics too sometimes, because it's free tix, a lot of great pics, and potential to really get noticed for your looks and moves.

make friendly with other go go dancers, mainly the head dancer they are usually in charge of costumes Make up and the girls that dance. Make friendly with them thats probably your best chance.

unlike most gogo dancer crews, we actually chose girls for space girls that could actually dance and had some sort of style to thier step. no politics.

Okay, when I posted earlier my opinion was based on actually being a promoter and organizer. For some girls it's a reward for helping out (not being a ho, but being there when we need to clean or what have you), for others it's because we have seen them and admired their moves, for others they asked and we had slots open. So for our party this weekend it's a combination of the three. BTW it doesn't hurt if your BF is a promoter either, right ravingpimp?
