Try the second hand stores. I picked up an old school pair of raver pants for $10 a few weeks ago, and some killer FUBU baggies for $5 in the East Bay. It's hit or miss though, so keep looking. SF, Berkely, Hayward, Oakland are the best places to try.

Buffalo exchange is cool, but pricey as far as used clothes go. Try some of the ghetto/not so popular stores as well. You just never know what you'll dig up. Besides, they appreciate the business!
