lol, if it is that's hella funny, but i just googled the tenderloin police station and the number for that doesn't match up with the number on google. but if i google the address on the flyer, i get some pretty hilarious results. dunno if it's a joke, but the fact that someone made a flyer for it is pretty funny. my conclusion: don't know, don't care, there's other parties that night that are gonna be bangin. look around like everyone else and don't just ask for info. smart move on calling the infoline first, though.
