So there is a possibility that I will move up to the Santa Cruz area for the fall quarter...how's the Santa Cruz scene(if there is one) and is there any parties out in San Jose or where are most of the parties held at?

Most are in San Francisco, usually about 1hr 20min drive from SC.

there's also13moontribe which are based outta SC...and if you're familar with Moontribe, it's "kinda" the same, but of course they are a spin-off of the Moontribe Collective as well...where you comin' up from?

ahh...i feel ya...i'm a transpant also, that's the scene i came out of and i still have nothin' but love for SoCal ravers!!!...so i'm assuming you know about moontribes fmg's, 13's "kinda" the same, but there's just something that's missing that you get outta the actual Moontribe FMGs...been following moontribe since '95 or so and still alot of love for'em...where at in SoCal? i came up from los feliz/la...

Actually, I have no clue what you're talking about. I've been raving for 1 year and a half and I really love SoCal parties. I am from the San Fernando Valley/L.A.! I hope NorCal parties are just as intense but I hear that it's not.

ahhh man, that's definitely something to experience before you jump up here from SoCal...mmannnn, Moontribe's Full Moon Gatherings and all around Something Else...but if you keep it to the underground up here, it can be "just" as intense, all depends on the collectives and parties you choose up here, be forewarned, you might get "alittle" static for being a SoCal raver up here, ppls for some reason or another trip on SoCal ravers up here, but stick it out and they'll have no choice but to Understand!!!...Mad Love For The SoCal Scene!!!...but search out 13moontribe when you get to SC cuz for the most part, it's totally worth it...L

yo...don't get me wrong, i've got mad love for NorCal...now...been up here for a minute now and been part of quite a few collectives up here...it's the scene i'm part of "now", but not forgetting where i came from and to hear the SoCal Ravers being bashed from kids that haven't experienced what the SoCal scene is, that's just stupid...BUT on another note, NorCal Has Every Right To THAT Claim man...without a doubt!!!
