too true. There is an old quote:
"When an opponent comes forward, move in and greet him; if he wants to pull back, send him on his way. " you gotta know how to feel people out and how to realize that theres not much of a chance of them livening up, and how to move on when you do realize this. Good point NeoB |

i say keep PLUR going and don't judge ppl on their first time out, look u cant judge a book by it's cover, and so u cant always tell if they're jerks or not, and if they are, just correct them and generally they fall quiet. u only learn from the experiences where u take action, otherwise, sit down and shut up. lol, jk

Can't be a "raver" until you go to your first party. Everyone's gotta start somewhere.

I think if "non-ravers" are coming to raves, then it is just making the scene grow bigger and stronger, i see it as a positive thing. i mean if they are being jerks and stuff it is our duty to show them plur and help them be a better person.
Also, i dont think going to a couple raves or being at raves makes you a raver, because a lot of kids dont actually go to the raves to.....rave, if that makes sense. This is a really shitty example, but i have gone bowling multiple times, but i dont call myself a bowler.... Being a raver isn't about going to parties occassionally or even all the time, it more about a desire and need to be at the parties with plur and music and people you love. I think that made sense ![]() |
