werd, to the yung uns, no pun intended.

when your just a 16 year old, wee ol teeny bopper, I would like to know where you could have this much fun for only 30 OR even 35 Buckaroos?!

I think my parents gave me $6/week for allowance for doing chores, ( I dont even know if kids today have to do chores, if not, see pictures below::

I understand it cost money, and it may take you 5 weeks to save up enough money to go to a party for 4/5 hours, that will get shut down, but, ohwell.

For more insight on the $$$ Skrilla Dilla, Feddy, Chedda Subject,
Talk to a Promoter or Artist Too Short they will tell you Two things in life that aint' easy:

Pimpin aint easy
Promotin and Slumpin Showsaint easy

I agree!!!

Even though you paid 30 bucks!!! $30 is $30! we all feel the party is worth it enough to pay it!!! Like i said before, when you buy tickets just take into consideration that the party may get shut down. (for any reason) this way you dont set yourself up for dissapointment.

And while your there party it up!!! Make the most of it, like its the kast rave ever! this way maybe you'll be less likely to regret going.

Ok, tell me if this makes scence to anyone... you have a big rave coming up, unpermited, and your goal is to get as many people to come as possible, say 1500-2000. So you really have to get the flyers circulating around. Just my opinion, but i think it's a way better idea to say, FULLY PERMITED than not, what if police get hold of the flyer, if it says fully permited theres a less likely chance that they will pay any attention to it. And also, they might have had a venue that was FULLY PERMITED when the flyer was made, but you know, shit happens, venue owners do drop out last minute, causing the promoter to scramble for any venue they can find, and that was one of the tightest venues i've seen in a long ass time. Most promoters arn't trying to rip you off, they're trying to throw an awsome party so everyone can have a good time. unfortunatly with raves, they're not exactly legal, if you want a legal party go to a club, but if your looking for a good rave, your taking the risk of it getting shut down. But i will say that was one of the best party's i've been to this year, i had a great time and feel i definatly got my moneys worth. Oh and just so everyone knows, that girl who "OD'd" is my friend, and she did not OD, she has a pretty serious medical condition that i'm not really at liberty to discuss. Just to clear that up, she did NOT OD, she didn't even take anything.

But yeah, raves get shut down, it sucks, but it happens... deal with it.

stay plur peeps

I was a little concerned about this party being actually "fully permitted" when the infoline said to take off all kandi before you get to the door. I understand that that we dont want to shove it in the cops faces, but if it was a fully permitted rave, i dont exactly see why it would matter.

Does this make sense? or am i just confused/suspicious. I dont think nocturnalism would lie, because i think they are really honest and great promoters, but...yeah.

Also, kandi or no kandi, im pretty sure ravers are the easiest kinda of people to spot out, lol.......especially at night!

This is an official well I think official statement from nocturnalism, and it was fully permitted just the venue owners wife freaked out

Thanks for all the kind words guys~!

We worked REALLY hard to get this party together. To explain a few things, The party got shut down for 1 reason, that is because the venue owner keft the building for a lil bit and left his wife in charge. She was way stressed out, and when the cops came for the 3rd time (just to check up on things) she said she wanted to end it. Permits or not, you cannot continue an event if someone involved with the venue says they want it to end... we have a contract with them and are dealing with that situation currently.

The girl that ODed, had drank a lot of alcohol b4 the event and then took her perscribed anxiety medication as well she passed out and was taken to the hospital. We are following up with her family to make sure she is ok.

Thanks again for all of you that made it out hope to see you at our next event!

They meant permitted by the owners of the building, but they knew that the police wouldn't like it, so that's why people were supposed to get indoors quickly and hide the kandi. But let me tell you, have you ever been to a fully permitted rave? They're lame.
