Mad Hatter's/Norcal Rave scene

Honestly I say dont judge the norcal scene as a whole because of one party. Yeah it was wacked or what not and it sucks that you guys drove such a great distance but you know what those are the risk. My first So Cal party I was treated like shit to the point where I was slapped by a kandy kid. I hated So Cal for a while. But then I decided to give the place another chance and went back. It was cool and I go to a couple massives & parties down there once in a while now. Its not all bad as my first impression. First impressions can be decieiving sometimes. Our scene isn't all good but it isn't all bad, we just have bad moments sometimes.

rap is sampled for dnb all the time.. the biggest drum & bass acts in the world have remixed hip hop songs. if it's not your style, quit crying about it and suck on your pacifier in the hardcore room, man. i personally didn't like a few songs that were played in the trance room, so i made a personal decision to walk back downstairs. a variety of music brings more people with different interests to the same place. that's what i think raves are all about. if you only like associating with people who like the exact same shit and dress the same way you do, there are plenty of single room parties. can you give a specific example of how someone you might call a "thizz gangster" violated your ability to have a good time?

I dunno about you but i like partying with Plury people hense the reason i go to raves if iw anted to get shot or beat up then i would be at some lame house party with no vibe... the party could have been alot better the house room was all that i was able to make it into except for the rap...I Met about 2 pretty kewl people but honestly i know there are drugs at raves but the Norcal kids take it to a new extream the fucking kids standing in line were rolling there ass's off its sad to see shit like that glad to hear there are a few of you good people out there but there isnt enough to keep the vibe alive at a party like that... And i would never judge a scene on 1 party you bet your asses i will be back out to norcal to represent what PLUR is all about!!! next time i will be bringing my Good Friend Jason wich most of you might know cuz he used to party with oyu guys about a year ago before he movved here so i hope to see oyu guys again soon maybe next time will go better =] so if youhave an suggestions on what party i should check out send me a PM ps... add me to myspace i luv plury people =]

Sorry to double post but just to all of you that said stop assuming htings and judgeing people and stuff i wasnt doing that at all the people im talking about * Im shur they know who they are* All gave me a reason to not want to be at that party the biggest thing was when the kids kept coming up to us and bumping into us like not like oh oops im sorry but like the kind of bump were they are trying to tell you they wanna take it out side and kik your ass i didnt see any real kandie kids there and i had 2 kids come up to me and say ( I like oyur costume) like are oyu serious.... i dunno like i said before i wont let this party effect my view ill give it another shot cuz that party was party not a rave at all... there were like hardly any "Ravers" There

You know I will have to aggree with you that that party was kinda wack. With the party being shut down and 12, and you are right, there were a bunch of shady people there. But I have to say, if your going to judge the norcal rave scene that party alone then I pity you. I have been to many partys that would probably blow your mind away. The norcal scene is truly amazing, with amazing partys, amazing people, and amazing vibes.
As far as you being pissed that there were hella people on drugs. It's a rave, what do you expect. Everyone goes to raves for different reasons. And for some it's the drugs. You really shouldn't let that get to you. It's there own personal choice.
Bottom line; dont judge the norcal rave scene by this one party alone, shit happens, and I garuntee you havn't seen what this scene is capable of.
