I wouldn't really suggest trying cid 4 your first time @ a rave, you might be too overwhelmed
But I guess it depends on the person, you must know your limits!! master your high
Take like 1 or 2 and go frolic in the forest with your friends and judge by your experience if you think you are truly ready
I took 6 @ Psymbolic 2 [first frying @ a rave] and I was VERY overwhelmed at first [probably because of the confined space and hella sweaty people with raver rain falling everywhere] But after a while I accepted it and finally stopped freaking out and let it expand my mind
Make sure there is good music around too!!

HAHA right on. Glad you enjoyed the psy trance experience. Yeah psy parties and do go hand in hand. But the thing about sid. Is there are so many different types of trips you can get. And it last way longer then E and shrooms so keep that in mind. Like someone said you can always try to candyflip it as well. Drop your roll and when that has the slightest feeling of fading drop a dose and then it's off to Space, only you won't have that scared thought in your head that you may freak out.

Lucy is awesome. stright up. But it depends on what kind of tripper you are. I was on 3-4 hits at pop and I had hella fun. But I'm also an experienced tripper and I adore acid.

While were on the subjects, when I was at earthdance me and some friends bought a half sheet of doses from this chick we found with a greatful dead tat. She said she had family that got it from and grew up on the Hog Farm [anyone knwo what that is?].
Anyway it was the first night and we all were just testing it out and took one hit and I swear it was like taking 5 or 6 hits. this shit was soooooo bomb. It was probably the best acid I will ever do in my life.

I always realize a lot of crazy things on acid.. but FORGET THEM when I come down. It's the worst feeling... It feels like the answers to a lot of my problems are already known by me, but I forgot them.

The first time I dropped lsd, it was at a rave.. It was a lot of fun, but I would have to agree with sausee about the whole caution issue. I'm pretty experienced in psychedelics, and haven't ever had a hallucinogen become 'too intense' for me to handle.. but that's me. Everyone's brain is different, and some people can handle certain drugs more than others..

I would advise you to try acid in a safe environment with a sitter, first.. and depending how you handle that, then you can decide whether or not you would enjoy it at a rave.
