looking for roomate in south bay

the time has come...
hopefully this will be situated by oct 7.sunnyvale/san jose/milpitas/santa clara, i am still deciding on a place. i am looking into 2 br places up to 2,000/mo total.

my stipulations
-pays share of rent(duh)
-not a slob(doesnt pee on seat and leave chicken on the counter)
-not a hardcore druggie(no smoking crack in the bathroom)
-has a job(selling weed is a job)
-no pets(i get drunk and put cats in the microwave)

yeah, ugh thats about it ... if anyone here is looking to move out of thier place in oct, or knows anyone who fits my basic requirements...you know what to do....

gah, my bad. total does NOT include ANYthing but base price(unless the place is utils included...ill know soon)
