Though I have passed a field sobriety test far from sober, so yes, I am lucky as well.

You have to remember, I really don't think they thought i was sober.

They saw my pupils. They were GIGANTIC. They did the little pupil-chart thing, and my mine matched with the ones on the bottom (completely dilated.)

And I didn't get popped, whereas Teddy WAS SOBER and didn't pass the test.

They arrested those they wanted to, and that happened to be everyone wearing kandi. Not a single person without kandi got arrested, sober or not.

Hey guys.. just wanted to say i'm sorry you all had to go through that. UTTER FUCKIN HUGE WASTE OF TAX PAYER MONEY!!!!!!!!!!! is what was rolling through my mind when all the stupid madness went down. i mean honestly, those cops seem so self righteous in there assumption that we were all drunk and rolling our ass off. as i hear it there were only two kids that got caught dropping. usually all i get is "you pesky kids need to go home now" very kind but very bold and assertive. this time around, it just turned into a big fucking circus and we didn't even destroy of property.

i got off with a very strong warning that they were going to request the land owner to press charges on me of trespassing. i personally take them very seriously but i really feel like they were over the top terrorizing us all. i mean seriously, i felt like a cold hard criminal the way we were treated. i'm almost temped on finding out who owns that land and asking for permission to do our thing. HAH!!!!
the sergeant led me back up the hill and talked to me a bit, asking me what was up with the free water.... COME ON!!!! he couldn't believe that i was doing this all for free. so i have a hobby, it just so happens to be music. so what...

but i really do feel bad about having everyone go through that on sat. if you any of you guys came out and had to go through that, please contact me here and i'll try to make it up somehow... don't know yet. i'll think of something though

but i'm not stopping, not one bit. gonna still keep on throwing renegades

Marin cops just dont have any real criminals to deal with. So they are dicks and go after people for nothing. Honestly marin has some nice rave spots but the cops so so lame that its always a gamble. They will like never be nice and usually turn a little thing into something huge.
