haha ummmmmm clubs with techno is TOTALLY different than a rave. TOTALLY! it has its own place as do raves. but they are totally different scenes. same style of music, but different scenes. also totally different energy put forth by DJs when they play a club opposed to playing a rave.

As females there is always a certain amount of male stupidity that we have to deal with inside and out of the rave scene. It is sad but true. One thing I have learned is if your a girl make sure to rave with a large group of friends, not only does it enhance the raving experience but it ensures your safety. Wearing just your underwear and bra to a rave is a decision your entitled to make, however, it is not exactly giving the best message to guys or anyone for that matter.

I have seen girls come up to guys requesting free drugs...im not justifying what this asshole has done...but come on do u really think anyone is going to give u something free without expecting something in exchange? (this is just a general statement not aimed at anyone is this thread)

And we should take care of each other at raves....i have had people take care of me when i have needed it....and i have helped others when they have needed it...PLUR isn't dead...well at least not in all of us.

i know many people with good intentions to try to bring back old vibes...
but with all these young kids in the scene. eating pills and chewing their faces off and making out with whoever they meet... shit is going sour ..

i think i'v stated this many times before, you guys sit and complain about who rave is dead, but most of you don't do a damn thing to help keep it alive... like try teaching these kids how to take care of themselves to prevent pervs like this 'Z' guy from getting what he wants

Actually I didn't actually know this, I live far away and have never been to the clubs in the city (ones that I have been to can not be what you're talking about). What exactly do you mean by 'rave vibe' what Mandi is talking about?

Last time I checked there are still thousands of people who go to "rave" parties.

If you wanna say the rave scene is dead then explain it, but you'd have to explain 2 things:

1. What is your definition of a "rave" party.
2. How is the "scene" dead

The rave "scene" should actually be called the rave community, look up the word scene in the dictionary

this rave scene is dead crap, is the work of jaded oldskoolers who are just sick and tired of rave parties.
