One of the best times i've had in a while, I loved the music. the bartenders rocked and security was cool too. Thanks to anyone who came out for Afterglow too, we had a great time.

So no doubt the music was sick! Props to the Dj's
![]() But seriously sooooo crowed. It was to a point where I just didnt want to dance because I kept getting pushed into. So most of the time i was outside listening to the music and being social. It was great seeing the usally people. I you guys!!!SEE YOU AT THROUGH A LOOKING GLASS!!! ![]() |

This was my first rave ( and this is my first post on ravelinks
) and I had to say it was definitely one of the best times of my LIFE. I went with Cherry, ZoBot and Iris. I was the kid with the black cape, giant white gloves, green shorts, and Aquabats power belts. I made a bunch of friends and danced the night away, Andy P was my fav. DJ by far. Big ups to the connected crew for throwin' such a bangin' party. I'll for sure be hitting up Woodstock 2 and probably one in the nearer future. |

oh goodness. heroes was really a weird night for me from the very beginning. We wanted to get there early but wasn't able to make it till later and by that time it was suuuper packed with zero dancing space downstairs (with all the good music) and not that i don't love dnb but a kid can only take so much! plus it really seemed like the whole event was kinda lacking in the plur. there definitely were some awesome plur people i met or ran into but i really just wasn't feeling it
and then when i found out they had an alternate flyer for the event "heroes of the deck -- (dress code strictly enforced**wtf??**)" it all made sense. so i just sat outside with pocahontas and tried to stay chill. then when the house came on upstairs we tried to go dance some more but my feet just weren't cooperating. wah-wah. and sorry to everyone i ran into for most of the night too, I was kinda having a freak-out so booo to that. I'll just have to get twice as much plur out there at TTLG!!! ![]() |

as we were going in, security was giving this moderately intoxicated girl shit and didnt want to let her in again.
we got in and my friend wasnt allowed into the bar area upstairs although his ID was legit, but in the down stairs one it was no problem. the DNB room was frickin dope, with the exception of 1 minute of silence, and we stayed there 90% of the night. the venue was super sick and the outside was a major plus since im usually sweating at parties. despite being awake since 7am, overall it was an A+ kinda night and weekend and a perfect way to end my spring break.

Me and Phoenix got lost on the way there for at least an hour. Fucking SF and it's one way streets
I did not know this, but apparently white motorollas are a bit psychedelic. Hmm. I definitely was feeling the PLUR, but at the same time I was just not "there" The trip itself was amazingthough--dancing to psytrance was even more amazing. The music flowed through me like a river. Wowzers. ![]() It was prob the most awesome trip I've ever had. But it didn't make me very social and I ended up not meeting that many people, which I was planning on doing. I did manage to give out some scarves at the end when I was bit more back to "reality." Traded a kandi here and there. Hopefully I'll be more grounded next time ![]() FYI, I was the white dude with all those multicolored scarves wrapped around me. To those lucky few who got one, wear it to future raves...It's sort of a personal kandi from me ![]() |

Anyway, it never hurts to say hi to anyone. I go sober to raves every now and again (My brain can't take the punishment, and going to work the day after rolling SUCKS.) and I have no problem talking with any women, attractive or otherwise. Just be careful if she has a jealous boyfriend. They tend to take friendly chatting as an attempt to pick their girlfriend up.
