Skillz DJ WorkShop on Telegraph Ave in Berkeley is the only one I know. I think there might be some on Haight St in SF though. Not sure.

I would go to skills personally, they have a better selection of hardcore/happy hardcore/freeform.

Skills in Berkely has a good selection of trance, d&b & some hardcore. They also carry a bit of house, nrg, & breaks.

Reverb on Haight in SF has a good selection of breaks & trance. They carry a bit of other stuff as well.

Virgin Megastore on Market St in SF has a good selection as well, mostly house & trance & some d&b.
