Yeeeeah sorry klover bud but dont "do it OG and not eat"

Story - Tiesto tour last summer, me n my friendd Jennifer were SO PUMPED we forgot to eat anything to day before and day of exect a few french toast sticks. rolled hard that night, danced a lot, stomach hurt after a while which is natural after dancing a while.
Monday afterwards, i fainted at work and had a mini-seizure. As in I first fell down, limp, then a few seconds after stiffened up, arms out, eyes opened wide and went into a small siezure (dont remember any of that part). Had to go to the emergency room, and i had "pancreatitus" (failure of pancrea)

BASICALLY - no food + dancing all ngiht with the extra energy from the pills = digestive system totally shut down, threw my body out of wack and ended up having a mini seizure

MORAL OF STORY, eat SOEMTHING before you roll!!
Damn that's some good advice!!

Well I did it semi OG last night. I had a steak sand for lunch about 3:45. Dropped at about 11 or so on a hungry stomach. Had a great roll. Didn't feel to cracked out today. Although I rolled at my house and the only real dancing I did was my head bobbing and hands moving up and down as I grooved to the beat.

Did I mention it's been about 5 years since I rolled

i can totally relate. about two years ago i started passing out from not eating, i'd even pass out after half a day. i believe it had to do with the poor diet i used to have and not enough water. they took me to the emergency room once (i've only passed out 3-4 times) and it had nothing to do with blood sugar. i would start to feel weak, then my vision would zoom in and out and get fuzzy, and i'd black out for 5 seconds, come back and go into a cold sweat and my heart slowed down about 10-20 beats. never found out what was causing it (besides lack of food) but i haven't passed out in a year or so. i've never passed out after thizzing before, but i probably would if i hadn't improved my eating habits and drink around 1-2 bottles of water a day (it's the only kind of drink in the house.. lol).

i just ate a big lunch before going to pop, skipped dinner, and ate a bit of a bagel at like, noon the next day. 21 hours without eating. :P

Yeah, I never thought you were going to again. I'm shocked, but i guess in a good way.

So I kept to the routine I wrote down earlier, got 12 hours of sleep on friday night, and ate a regular TR&S from Quiznos at 2pm. Then I lightly snacked (I think a cookie or two). When I got there, I took (all orange nikes) one at 5:30, 7:30, and 10:30. Although I was burned out by 12 or so, I felt pretty good all night. Once I got in the car, I got a serious headache, but that was mostly from the smoke/body heat/bass from the main room.

When I got home I showered, ate a bowl of oatmeal and fell asleep for about 5 hours. On sunday, I was 100% normal by 12:30pm. So the whole afternoon and evening I felt exactly as I had a week before, or any other time for that matter. No headache, no stomach ache, no nausea, nothing. Also ate a big breakfast of cereal.

Alanna,
There was a time a while ago, I think after Connected, I hadn't eaten much and rolled pretty hard all night. On sunday I didn't eat that much either, I think a small meal of chicken and mashed potatoes (but almost nothing compared to what I usually eat). On monday morning at 5am I woke up with this horrible ache. It hurt to lay down, to sit down, and to stand up. There was no comfortable position to be in. It felt like I was being stabbed with needles and being hit in the stomach. I came to a point where I really had to fight to keep from blacking out. I ended up waiting it out and eating a little bit of food. By 8am it was gone, but I already called in sick from work and school. The problem was that my body was trying to digest food, but all that was left were the excess crap and pills from two nights before. I HIGHLY recommend eating before you roll. If you don't, then at least force yourself to eat a ton the next morning.

I ate a McDonalds cheese burger about an hour before POP and I felt fine that night and the next day.
Keep in mind...I'm hella skinny.
