i always eat at zona rosa. big phat burrito around 3pm or so..... good to go for some 'kandi' later on that nite, and you have plenty of food to keep you going..

eat whatever, but have your 5 daily servings of fruits and veggies, eat a lot of black berries, it has a shit load of antioxidants. don't eat 3 hours prior the rave or you will have to wait a long time to peak. see you at the rave bj, hit me up =].

The best thing to do is have a glass of orange juice or a small turkey sandwich. Turkey helps create 5-HT. Orange juice helps your stomach absorb better.

i'd usually have a light lunch of whatever, then no dinner, maybe a juice or something for dinner, but that would be it, i'd roll mad balls whenever i'd do that...

I always thought that about turkey too. Wasn't sure though. Mainly because the TP in 5-HTP is tryptophan.

turkey is always a plus.... but pretty much be as healthy as you can be prior to the day and you should have a blast.
unfortunately... i had maybe 6 pizza rolls before yesterday since it was the only thing i could quickly cook and eat as i got ready =\ |

I usually drink some sort of juice with a lot of antioxidants, like pom or something. Then I just eat a bunch of protien and carbs. It ususally does me well, my comedowns are smooth as silk.

' Yeeeeah sorry klover bud but dont "do it OG and not eat" Story - Tiesto tour last summer, me n my friendd Jennifer were SO PUMPED we forgot to eat anything to day before and day of exect a few french toast sticks. rolled hard that night, danced a lot, stomach hurt after a while which is natural after dancing a while. Monday afterwards, i fainted at work and had a mini-seizure. As in I first fell down, limp, then a few seconds after stiffened up, arms out, eyes opened wide and went into a small siezure (dont remember any of that part). Had to go to the emergency room, and i had "pancreatitus" (failure of pancrea) BASICALLY - no food + dancing all ngiht with the extra energy from the pills = digestive system totally shut down, threw my body out of wack and ended up having a mini seizure ![]() MORAL OF STORY, eat SOEMTHING before you roll!! |

I usually have a half or foot long subway, quick fast and easy before heading out!!!! then u can always save some for later so u dont have to go to dennys or a 24hr fastfood where 372 other people will go to.
