i'm not sure how far the food you eat right before you roll can really affect the roll... i'd say it really depends on what you eat the day before.
i never really eat dinner before a party, though i do definately eat a good breakfast and lunch. then i usually eat something kinda small around 4-ish, so you're stomach's not empty nor full when you roll. something like a banana, small bowl of cereal, or a PBnJ. seems to work for me. also, i take a vitamin c the day before and the day of like a couple hours before i drop, so it makes my roll harder and longer throughout the night ![]() |

I forgot to eat anything before B&W and I was rollin so hard that I thought I might pass out. Not good times. Don't do it OG; I don't want anything bad to happen to anyone.

When I go without eating I get really sick the day after and I'm just coughing all this shit up. It's gross.
But for Pop my friends and I are gonna have spinach pizza and fruits! yayeee |

Eat light, not eat too greasy foods. You can also preload with 5-HTP, sold as a nutrition supplyment. It's a serotonin precurser, which helps because you'll have extra serotonin, don't overdue it, because too much causes nausea. Also helps alot when you come down. I always keep a stash of 5-HTP around for that purpose, as well as some vitamin water.
Vitamin B-complexes can help with energy, as well. |

lol. im just playing. but im weird. when i rolled i rarely ate anything during the day before hand and took 4 pills a night. but then again im extremely healthy otherwise and only did that once a month. or twice if you count january. lol. gone are the days of rooollllling. |

The more you have, the better the roll, comedown, and cracked out sunday. After G-Funk I was able to work on my motorcycle after taking a nap. The rollinballscrew's schedule is much more in-depth and I'm sure it's a lot better for you then mine. I consider mine a bare minimum. -TC |

i get nauseous if i don't eat before i roll. i end up trying to throw up when there's nothing down there
that's no fun.i like to eat fish, cause it has protein but it's not too heavy. maybe some fruit too, like those little cups of diced peaches or pears...mmm... oh, and i try to stay away from things that will make my burps taste bad, cause gross tasting burps while rolling make me wanna barf. and ps: since i started taking vitamin supplements like centrum every day rather than just the day of, my comedowns have been a lot less shitty and i get sick less. and i always pump up on the C a couple days beforehand, too. FYI. |

day of i usually get a big jamba juice smoothie for lunch. couple bananas til the party. imma get some sushi for lunch today though.
