We all know the importance of eating before a rave, especially when your going to be rolling. So lets have some ideas for the most nutritious meal to benifit you during the rave, any ideas?

i'm actually really unhealthy and usually forget to eat before a rave
but, according to rollingballzcrew's pre-loading schedule you should eat a good dinner of fish and leafy veggies before you pop. |

I don't know how true this is, but I'd stay away from too much protein, because it takes longer to digest.

I heard a couple chili-cheese dogs with onions and a large chocolate milkshake makes you roll hella hard.

I heard if u rub my belly u will roll 10x harder.
But really just eat some cesar salad and an orange or apple or bananna so that way its a healthy little meal. |
