I had the best bday rave. i turned 18 and it was at the bill graham civic auditorium for Lickety Split. Skills turned that shit out. it was insane. any old schoolers go to lickety and what were some other bday raves u had????

I thought u meant u threw a rave for your B-day! LOL! I know some people who have raves that are birthday Bashes, Like John Moon's B-day bash he has it every year and I hear it is awesome every year. I have to make it out to one soon! Well! Atlantis was on my B-day in 2000 so I was there. Love parade/fest has been my b-day celebration. Afterparty was my b-day rave last year. This year my brother threw Dream Away for Melina and I, for our B-day and that was hella awesome party!

my first bday rave was in 1999....it was November 13 1999 at Homebase "Quest"....remember the quest parties?those were off the hook...that night i seen mars & mystre,ak1200 and dyloot and more...it was off the hook...i had just turned 18 too...aye kua get at me when u want to buy tickets for mad hatters and ill roll wit ya if its koo bro!....and damn atlantis!....were any of you at Atlantis on September 23 of 2000 i think...it was at West Grand Avenue and directly under the 880 freeway...it was a scene!

Damn yeah I was hella there, that was the day after my b-day. I had a pic of the ticket scanned but for some reason i can't find it. But i did find a ticket stub from Moonshine which was a month later at the same spot!



look at that lineup and those were just the headliners, wish parties were like that again.

Well no b day raves come to mind.

However the most memorable was the children of the sun out in san jo. i think it was like 2000. It was the worst most boring rave i ever went to but the drama we went through to get to the thing was the best ever!!!

we were fucked up!!!
we went to the wrong dj shop to get tickets, skipped the 3hr bus shuttle line, followed the bus, got to the venue (a run down skating rink), were told to go back and take the bus, hopped the line wasted money to get in and ended up leaving!!!
But we walked and drove all ove san jose!! Met a bunch of great people, and had a blast!!!

My BDay fell on That 70's Party 2 this year. Was pretty awesome.

i do remember those Quest parties. We gotta find another venue like Home Base cause that place was da shizniti...or like that Masonic temple in Vallejo. That was pretty sick as well. I randomly passed that place like two months ago and a flood of memories came back to me. I went to alot of good parties there. The venue was big but not to big. I like it.

I never went to a rave for my bday, but osh I totally remember that rave.... it was under a freeway thingy right? SO AWESOME!! Thats when I first fell in love with Glaude MAN I LOVE HIM!! he is soooo my favoritest DJ! I also remembering it being soooo cold and me wearing breakaway windbreakers with just my undies under.. BAD IDEA.. My poor muscles were tight balls ALL over my body! MAN THOSE WERE THE DAYS!!! I see why I want to start it up again!! THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES TONI DC

OH my gawd I remember that at either Atlantis 00 or moonshine 00, Gluade was so amazing. He yelled "everybody touch each other" and he was in complete control of the crowd. Man those two parties were great. I think they were the only two that were under that freeway. Man... amazing times and memories!

what other spots were there?...there was the crackhouse in oakland,club matrix in oakland,the brick house in berkeley where Feel Good threw little intimate parties...other then those mainstays (cant forget santa clara fairgrounds,homebase,jackson,nmaritime hall in SF acrsoss from sound factory) i just recall tons of little underground venues ...o shit remember the field of dreams in chico?!

there were tons of venues in Oakland. Anyone remember the Campbell Legion hall, that place was like 10 mins from where I am. The gym used in I think Walnut Creek. Transformers was there? hella old venues. Dood I remember one of the Serenity parties was at the Electric Playground on top of the Metreon, I remember seeing the lasers all over the surrounding buildings.
