Was the blue thumbs up kinda dark blue, pretty hard pressed and pretty thick? 'Cause I rolled all night on 1.5 of those without any problems other than being pretty tweaky this morning. I wonder if there are multiple different blue thumbs pills, or if they just hit you differently than me?

on the topic of people being dosed, heres a tip someone offers u water 1)unless ur in need of the H2O (u will die if u dont have some), then dont take it from a stranger, 2) if u really need water make u way to the fucking bathroom sink and drink from it, therees ways to avoid being dosed so dont drink water from any ole stranger

also on the topic of blue thumbs up those have been having tons of negative review and negative effects on many people so i would recomend staying away from them

also now about the party itself. AMAZING, it was fun John Beaver is the fucking man, the shuttle bus was fun as fuck to ride lol, and glad to see the vibes were hella chill, it was amazing that this event lacked all the thugness and ptotness it felt more of a real raver crowd rather then the usual thugs jumping at u trying to sell pills and the ptots everwhere

well...i'd like to be as well known and draw tons of people, but IMO i like the more underground feel, even if it is permitted.
I'm the type of raver that would rather put money down to get a permit on an abandoned building after fixing it, just to have the real 'rave' feel yet not have people come just to get it shut down.
Skills is my favorite massive crew so far though, because of the nice venues they find, the security they run, and the line-ups they've booked.

ETD-Love was exactly how a mini-massive should be run, at a gorgeous venue.

funny that i mention that, because that was an 18+ event Buuuuut they let in a ton of minors.

Its the factor of marking it 18+ to keep out certain irresponsible youngsters yet also relying on a good amount of <18 year olds to boost sales.
or, you have the security that that says hell no to anyone <18.

I know of a permitted venue that is slightly below 2,500, but like you said, smaller capacity.

I'd say B&W cost 12k in the end, but how much was upfront?
and also I bet they paid a ton more for the visuals then I would put down for a different style of lighting, but just as awesome.

I also just have a different approach to everything as a whole.
Notice how for Deco in the hallway they simply used trash bags and printed lines of paper, yet it worked well.

But inside...not really any deco.

You know how far going to a wholesale fabric store can go?
Going to stores that are getting rid of their seasonal props?
Creating stuff out of your own talent?
Or even asking people if they want to send in their own art?
For an abandoned building that i could fuck up, I'd call in all the good taggers i know and have them spray their art on all of the walls, in fitting colors and words relating to the theme.
Just that combined with a floor of glow-paint, would be enough...and how much would that cost? glow paint, brushes, im sure the taggers would do it for free if i bought their paint....under 100. and thats just the paint....

but obviously yes this is a different level of event as im trying to bring it old skool, eventually

catch my drift?

(P.S. if only i could spew all my other ideas, ones that are applicable to actual venues, on here without a fear of getting them stolen)

Yes there are different thumbs up.
a ton of people have been saying they are the worst pills they have ever taken, left them nauseous, and awful comedown, but other people said they were a good roll and just fine.

I think comedown in mentality and if you take 3+...like...duh you'll have an awful sunday.

As for zero serotonin after 3+ pills, I have no idea how I have any serotonin left to roll from the past week or so... Last weekend was me rolling Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Then again I tried on Wednesday but I didn't get a roll at all, but last night I managed a very nice roll, but horrible comedown. And I felt like complete shit for the first half of today. Now I feel better than normal, just kinda sad that I know school is ending, and I'm failing and I'll probably never see some of my friends ever again.

I had a ton of fun, and im really glad how you guys threw it down and especially that it did not get busted.

I was even encouraging a ton of people on the side to get up and dance! woo!

it was very relaxed up front, i loved that too.

none of the problems were the crews fault...except maybe the list confusion at the start, but that was fixed quickly.

thumbs up from me to production, just had a weird feel cause it was a different atmosphere from all my recent events.

While pure MDMA is not harmless when taking in small doses, staying healthy otherwise, and with a good amount of time in between, this is just not healthy. (and if you people want me to post research on my above statement, i will do so)

AND, it makes your rolls so crappy.

Don't roll more than twice a month IMO.
stay healthy in between.
the first week is your restoration week.
second week is your buildup.

when i used to roll I would have 4 pills and it was insane. it was peak for 8 hours straight because i also took them on a schedule and my body was 100% before saturday/friday nights. never really had a bad comedown that i blame to the pills.

the pills are not helping the sad part about school....in your mind they might be something to do to distract the pain or depression, but in the end just make it worse.

addiction does not start at the amount you take, but the reason.

stay healthy man, especially cause i want you rolling balls next time i see you.

Oh I'm not trying to mask reality. I've come to terms with my failure many weeks ago. Lately I'm just trying to end the semester with my friends going hard as possible. If I wanted I could be rolling right now, but no-no thats not gonna happen. I know that each time I hit rock bottom in this state it'll get worse.

Right now I'm just trying to find any means I can to make Pop a bigger possibility.

And rolling Friday night, me and my friends all realized we should have been at B&W since we were the only people we knew rolling at the parties. I met people who would have rolled, but for my own safety didn't carry extra pills, or I could have made some money.
