if you have ever been up the hill, you know how you turn onto connecticut, go past the GBH, and take the first left, and then it goes even further up the hill to the left?

yea i didnt know how bad the neighborhood was around there a while ago. so on the night of galaxy far away, there was NO parking whatsoever, and me and my girlfriend saw that a lot of ppl were parking up the hill. like...reallly far up the hill...
so we went up connecticut, passed the GBH, turned left and went WAYYY up the hill. we went up that street until we got to the next street which was on the right and the street we were on (off of connecticut) had almost ended and parked there.. basically we were far as fuck up there. my gf knew it was the projects but we didnt know HOW BAD it was up there. no one was telling us not to park there. so we did. walking back to my car, there were three big ass dudes sitting across the street and a little ways up, one guy was pissing in the middle of the street. just me and my gf, two not so big people, just walking str8 towards these guys who were just staring at us. heard one of them talkin to the other like "yeeeaa they havin a crackin ass party down there or some shit". luckily got into the car safe, no broken windows or anything, didnt get jumped. whew

theres one street over that you can park on, parking spots with lights and cameras *??* its down the street on Cesar Chavez, towards 3rd. just one block over there's parking.

Its worse if you just continue up connecticut until it turns into a one way street...take a drive through there during the day and you'll be scared shitless. (Don't actually do that if you don't have to.)

at Heart Attack, hella days ago, this was exactly where i parked... got my window smashed an ipod stolen out of the glove box....

I parked my friends car on the hill, not knowing better. A lady that I guess lives on the hill asked if I just parked there, I said yeah. She said go move your car NOW. Or it WILL get broken into. She directed me where to park. Bless her soul.
