I usually pay about $11 for a bottle of 60 100mg 5-HTP capsules. That is much more expensive than say the Vitamin C, but it pales in comparison to the DLPA.

The DLPA is $32 for a bottle of 60 1000mg capsules. Eek.

when it comes to supplementation and prolonging highs, i think LSD is your best bet(that might make things a little bit more complicated..). weed is great for the entire experience, i'd say smoke it right after your done peaking, and toke as needed throughout the day of recovery.

Well it doesn't specifically have to be Prozac. It just has to be an SSRI (Selective Seratonin Reuptake Inhibitor.)

You're a raver, I'm sure you know someone on antidepressants .

You can order Sceletium Tortuosum aka Kanna from many online shops. It is a natural substance that acts as an SSRI. It is cheap enough and works better than 5-HTP in my opinion.

5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin but it does not mean that you will produce more necessarily, it just means that the building blocks are present which, is presumed to mean that more serotonin will be available. But as I said, that's not entirely true.

Kanna will slow down the process of your serotonin leaving your blood stream which means that while the MDMA will flood you with serotonin and depleate your reserves, the serotonin will stay in your blood stream longer and in theory, help cusion the come down.

Just google "Kanna, buy" and you'll find a ton of sources

i personally load up 3 days of 100 mg of 5-htp before the day of event and then what ever how many i rolled i take that number of 5htp pills after. Emergancy or Airborne is nice before going in a rave too.

PRELOADING is what its called. and i have done it.. it does make for a easier comedown. 5htp is expensive. not really worth it in my opinion. if you wait the time you should in between rolls. ( 4-6 weeks, and eat a healthy balanced meal everyday, all four food groups. and your in good health your body should reproduce and replace all the neurotransmitters you depleted. if not then either the x is not so potent. you dont eat right and get enuff sleep or you are taking meds that interfere with mdma. 6htp is the same thing thats in turkey. tryptophan. if im not mistaken. i myself am highly susceptible to the effects of typtophan(turkey as well) i sleep like for 24 hours and very lethargic and tired. i dont preload. aslo you must note that when your body reaches its "cpacity" of neurotransmitters it needs for day to day operation and function, extras are metabolized or discarded. you CANT put more in your chemistry or make MORE and expect them to be there for when you roll. preloading only woprks if you have a deficiancy of the need NT's. in that case. rolling every 4-6 weeks is in order. save your money for x not expensive trendy vitaminssupllements. unless of course you CANT wait, and you need a fast track fill up so to speak... you should wait tho and let your body and brain do the work.... just a thought.

You know what? I'm actually going to completely retract this statement. The Ladies I had I'm positive were from a different batch. Not to mention that I wasn't the most experienced when I tried them, so I can only imagine that part of me having a bad time was definitely my own "idea" of proper taking of said supplements.

I remember that the yellow, green, blue, and pink ladies were awesome. If you see them, grab some. I've been hearing nothing but good reviews lately!

i ate extremely healthy, did the 5HTP and Vitamin C preloading, and took clean pills last night(4 pills in total, three of them were triple stacked). and did a bump of K. post roll, i slept for several hours easily and after the nap was able to eat very easily. more orange juice and tea for the rest of the day.

this pre-rolling/post rolling WILL HELP. ive never felt better...in fact after all the E last night i feel better than i did for the whole past week cause i was able to let off some steam. the most important though are the pills you take as well. it helps to know the top, top dealers.

the red/blue/green ladies are usually good, reliable pills. not very powerful, but a clean chill body high. problem is they are old and there are indeed copy-cats of these going around. make sure the legs are facing the left.
if its facing the other way it most likely has a lot of Amp or speed or 2CB.
i took some tweaked ones at kandy festival and although it was the best dancing ill probably ever do, i was groggy the rest of the week.

Here is a very simple remedy for coming down and feeling better the next that I came up within the last year. I have actually been rolling for a few years now, but didnt discover this simplistic way to ease the come down and feel good the next day.

Basically, after you leave the rave go pick up some bananas and water. Seriously thats all you'll need. Buy like 6 bananas for the 3 of you and buy a few waters, and just eat that shit down fast. You might be thinking "wtf food is nasty when youre rolling," which is true, but bananas and fruit taste fuckin awesome on the come down. Give it a try, i guarantee you that you will feel good. Lates.

As far as supplementation, those are all things that you can do for the long run, but it probably wont help for the immediate few days after the rave. Ive used 5-htp, vitamins, sam-e, etc before and they work better for long-term feeling-like-shit feelings.

However, if you do want to have a better roll you can take things such as grapefruit (drink alot like an hour before you decide to roll) or just in general for a day before you roll. What grapefruit juice does is it inhibits the enzyme that metabolizes MDMA from you body. Metabolism means that the drug is broken down and excreted from the body, so if you take grapefruit juice, your body wont break down the drug as fast and thus induce higher drug levels in your blood, which ultimately means a better roll.
