I didn't see all that many 'creepy' people there... Granted there was quite a concentration of people in normal clothes instead of kandi and parachute pants, doesn't mean they're creepy. If you're trying to say the concentration of scary folk was higher than that of something like POP, then I KNOW you're way off, since that was loaded with some thuggy folk. Plus, I haven't heard of anyone that got shot or beat up at Spring Fling and I didn't see the broken car window glass every 15 feet, giving it a one-up on a lot of the recent events.

I loved it, even if we had to adventure two hours in the rain from San Jose. I was taking care of two sweet girls since it was their first time, but I had so much fun nonetheless. I was surprised how safe and chill the atmosphere was, so it only let me have more fun without having to being so cautious. I don't know how we made it back home, but we did eventually... anyway, I had a wonderful time; music was great, people were greater, and I'll remember this one for a while.

Oh yeah, not the fault of the event, but the drive home sucked lots of ass... Hydroplaning down the freeway at 4 in the morning is NOT fun.

the creepy part was ALL the guys just standing around watching all of the girls.. they weren't dressed up, they weren't on anything, they weren't even listening to the freakin music!! they were just standing there watching us girls dance and have a good time and it was really creepy... i honestly felt like if i wasn't with my boyfriend for most of the time, that i would have been taken advantage of - kidnapped - or god knows what!! shit goes down at raves that have nothing to do with getting shot or stabbed... like how someone sprayed something on me that made me trip the fuckout...NOT COOL PEOPLE!

never again, never that venue again.

I ignored the creepy kids there, but naively I was almost going to offer them e just to stop being so lame. I didn't think they were creepy as much as they had no idea what they were doing there. Oh well.

The party was packed & went strong until 5AM!!

Thanks to all the DJs (especially to Donald Glaude & Tom Slik, who flew in from out of town) ...you guys all rocked!!!

And for all the party people ... you are the reason why we do this in the first place!!!!

uhm, well seriously them standing around just starring is way better than them trying to get all "groppy" and touchy as often experienced at other renegades and other non-permitted functions ... yeah still not cool, but their a million crepy jerks out there.... nonetheless this event was awesome and totally worth the drive and the entrance fee...and i spend the whole night "unsupervised" and i never felt in danger .... awesome event!
