META is the solo trance project of Aeon La France, a longtime electronic music enthusiast and California native. He started as a DJ hosting the radio show "Highway 604" on KZSC 88.1fm, hosted many parties at what became known as the Santa Cruz "Trance Mansion", and developed his music production style and technique based upon a variety of influences from the countless artists that have visited and contributed to the SF Bay Area scene over the past eight years. His music ranges from melodic morning tracks to hard-edged night time stompers - he has released several singles on GeoMagnetic Records compilations, a collaboration track on Mubali's debut album, and now his own debut full length album "Ekstasis" is out now GeoMagnetic/Darkstar Records. He also made a few a DJ appearances for the legendary Thump Radio parties.

Roy aka "Dj Insanix" always had a strong inclination for music since a very young age. He first discovered Electronic Music at the age of 14 years old going to numerous House Music Party’s. Age 16 was when he first listened to Psy -Trance where he fell in love with it and quickly changed taste. After a while in the Psy scene he and his cousin started making their own partys thats where their interest in Psy - Trance started growing, after some time he and his cousin started organizing many parties in Baja California spending a lot of time with Psy -Trance Artists who shared the same purpose as them, to make people dance…2007 was the year that Dj Insanix became a member of the Mechanik Records Family, after meeting his Lost Brother Frederick Talaa aka Neuromotor, they both quickly started making plans for future projects and proudly representing Mechanik Records in different party’s. On August of the same year Fred decided to make a very important decision, he noticed he was very busy on a lot of projects to keep running the Label so instead of just closing the story for Mechanik he passed it on to Roy making him the new boss of Mechanik Records so he can give a second birth to Mechanik releasing new VA’s and Albums also Adding new members to the Mechanik Label Family. Dj Insanix is firmly one of the new breed of Djs from Mechanik Records offering blistering, energyzable and insane sets with much more than just a little glamour and crazy excitement in them, always amazing with his selection of tracks, elevating the heat of the crowd giving a crazy flow in the dance floor. He is currently located in San Diego, California working on numerous things on the Label and spinning many parties in Mexico.
