Up coming DJ / Producer jon E qwest entered the nightlife scene in 1992 as a young teen. With general interests in art, football, cars and snowboarding, his true passion is with family and MUSIC! From being voted best dancer in school to influencing others with the freshest underground cuts, jon E qwest has always sought after the most unique yet inviting sound. jon E qwest’s early electronic musical interests were influence by his neighboring city of San Francisco, CA with world renounced DJ’s such as: Doc Martin, Buck, the “Wicked Crew”, Frankie Bones, Carlos and DJ Spun.
From day one, jon E qwest has been on a mission to truly understand why he and party goers are so drawn into the intelligence of nightlife. As his intelligence of music and the nightlife industry grew, so did his skills of learning how to connect his mind, body and music together. This connection has guided jon E qwest to versatility, while his current eclectic music collection allows him to rock the crowds with the mental sounds of Breaks, Tribal, Electro and Filthy House.
“My main goal as a DJ / Producer is to provide the same experience that was provided to me, the old school fun feeling of music. To me this means; playing positive, energetic and unified feeling music, raising expectations but setting the precedence of knowing they have the freedom to feel how they want to feel. I would like to share that with you”.
jon E qwest has played as underground as one can get to as commercial as the Feds will allow with performance appearances at 1015, Hotel Ibiza VIP, Kelly Mission Rock, Avalon Night Club, Bobby McGees, Club Empire, Mandangos, El Rincon, Silk Night Club, Press Record Radio, MoMo Lounge and Gorilla Thursdays.
Strong in 2007, jon E qwest has teamed up with Ribble, MC Reflex and Mike Madness to form a Sacramento based DJ / Production Crew, United Vibes, LLC. Kicking off this union was a monthly called, “RELEASE”. This show is positioned in the underground sector of Sacramento, CA. With show productions above the rest and bookings with the likes of Shawn Mitiska, BB Hayes, Jeno, Eddie Edul, Tony Hewitt, G.A.M.M.A, Undecided and Elucidate. MIKE MADNESS / United Vibes / Release / Mixt Habits- Sacramento, CA

Mikes ability to keep you focused on the music makes him a real crowd pleaser. He is known for his great track selection and mixing skills. The thought put into every performance allows him to mix between all sorts of House and Break music genres. Lately, his favorites to play are: Electro, Funky, Banging and Progressive House as well as Funky, New School, Electro and Progressive Breaks. He has a deep passion for dance music and is influenced by all styles. Mike is always trying to keep things fresh and is endlessly on the lookout for new tunes. You will rarely hear him play the same set twice because he never wants you to know what’s coming next. Mike has also started producing his own tracks and plans to spend 2008 building a library of music to release in the upcoming year.
Mike is part of “United Vibes”, a DJ and production crew that are determined to throw and be a part of the best EDM events in and around Sacramento. His fellow crew consists of Jon E Qwest, Ribble, MC Reflex, Jeff Thomson, and Formless. United Vibes is also working exclusively with “Other Promotions”. JEFF THOMPSON / United Vibes / AfterHours.fm- Sacramento, CA

Known for his clean mixing techniques, and an innate ability to move any crowd in any given city, Jeff Thompson is on a mission to share his passion for music with as many people as possible. His unique track selection notoriously leaves crowds yearning for his next appearance. "I try not to get locked down in any one genre. My tastes are continuously evolving. I'd say the genres I most enjoy are progressive, tribal progressive, melodic progressive, trance, epic trance, melodic trance, euphoric trance, and vocal trance. For me, it's all about telling a story by weaving these genres together. That's my goal every time I play live for a crowd or record at home in the studio."
Riding the "trance wave" that crested in '99, Jeff began his DJ career in California's capitol city, Sacramento. Known from the beginning as a trance DJ, Jeff has spent years refining his sound to what it is today. His motivation and drive has always been founded on his sincere and humble desire to thrill as he has been thrilled. "I'm constantly reflecting back on the hundreds of spine-tingling moments I've experienced watching my favorite DJs perform live. I want people to know what that feels like, and to dance their asses off with huge smiles on their faces!"
Jeff's vast knowledge of trance music combined with his exceptional mixing skills allows him to enter into any event demographic and mix the quintessential set for that crowd.
Upon joining Other Promotions of Sacramento in 2007, and after performing at their popular summer outdoor "Energizer" festivals, Jeff has found himself a comfortable nitch in Sacramento's dance scene as one of Sac's favorite local DJs.
With an increase in demand for bookings, Jeff Thompson has quickly become one of the most sought after young trance DJs in Northern California landing him a tour schedule that boasts stops such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Reno, Tahoe, Chico, Oakland, and of course Sacramento. Not to mention, Jeff is playing alongside renowned DJs such as Airbase, Tom Colontonio, Victor Dinaire, Mars, Dyloot, Dragnfly, Ron Reeser, Elsa Hill, and Denise.
Now a part of the United Vibes Crew, Jeff has become well established in his trade, and is a common sight at many of the West Coast's premiere electronic dance music events. Jeff Thompson will debuted his first ever radio show called "Escape Sessions." It is an hour long mixed set airing exclusively on AH.FM (AfterHours.fm). Tune in every 3rd Monday of the month from 6-7pm EST/3-4pm PST.

RAZOR NUKELS / Progreshiva Productions / sense.fm - Sacramento, CA

Razor Nukels got his start DJ'ing in 2003 while living in Texas, he was stationed there in the US Army and had been away from his home in California since 1999 where he was first introduced to the rave scene and early forms of Trance music. During his time in the Army he was known for Hosting and DJ'ing the 1st ever Rave in Baghdad, Iraq while serving there in 2004. In 2005 he returned to California and quickly jumped back into the E.D.M. scene playing at several outdoor raves and establishing a weekly club residency with the "Expozure" crew. Fast forward to 2008 and we see Razor Nukels taking on another weekly nightclub residency as well as holding the title of Co-owner/CEO of Progreshiva Productions. He has done worldwide internet broad casted radio for Tracklists.Ca, ETN.FM, Party107.com, KSSU.com and now Hosts his own Bi-monthly 2 hour radio show "Electronic Simulation" on Sense.FM.
