I live in yorba linda, near fullerton, and I spin at a club in the fullerton area. You think peep's would be interested in a tuesday or wednesday night D&B / trance / Happycore thing going on? The club i spin at is 18+, and they just told me I can do a weekly there.

Hey jellybean, I scratched the whole weekly tue/wed thing, and (mentioned on a post before) were thinking of starting a whole monthly electro-house/trance/rave/house thing every last friday in Anaheim.

Fullerton is cool. I live in irvine but go to college here. I'm actually @ school right now lol. To live I've seen some pretty nice homes down bastanchury, so there are really old homes, but a share of new ones as well. I like it here because it's pretty diverse, ethnicity wise. Law enforcement is relatively relaxed, and for the past 3 years, it seems like a pretty safe place to live. I like how there are also a wide variety of restaurants/places to eat. Business wise, retail/office is too general so it really depends on who you want to market to and what you are selling, etc.

What kind of retail store are you opening? Fullerton is pretty much a college town. You open a store directed towards college kids, then it'll do well. Open a vacuum store, well, just cross your fingers. If you like drinking and bars though, Fullerton is a good place. Tons of bars. I tend to sit at Kettle. It's a hookah bar outside so you can just sit outside and chill. They have heat lamps too in case it's cold and they usually have decent music. They had some kid spinning like an ambient electronica music 2 weeks ago that I was loving........ Honestly though, I'm glad I live in HB now. It's cheaper in Fullerton but the traffic is starting to get pretty shitty.....
