Yeah its a sad fact that lots of us grew/are growing in LV up and arent able to get into the scene.Im not sure if SOTU is shout down or not.I dont think we have seen the last of New Galaxy by any means though.At least i hope not.They have started a new grouop a new scene a New Galaxy if you will.So what needs to happen now is some of the younger ravers need to go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and post there.Some people have been saying some not to nice things about New Galaxy.I wont way in one way or the other but it would be nice for some of you kids to come to there defence.Cause in the end your voice is the only one that matters.EB is also gona have more up to date info on happenings going on in the EDM music scene here in LV.I would also suggets you younger ravers start a thread there in regards to the fact that you want som all age parties this summer cause thats looking increasingly less likely with SOTU MIA at the moment.Oh and allieinwonderland if your gona post your myspace page you should make it so people can contact you LOL.

There's a rave scene out there that truly thinks outside the box. Crews run by true old schoolers who were schooled in places like LA, Japan, Vancouver (that's Canada), Seattle, and even a few locals. Crews who have real jobs, real careers in the music/entertainment biz, and otherwise aren't in this for the money or fame. Some of us just wanna have fun like you and wanna do it right.

so yea twisted duo,
in like every reply it seems on this site you write has to do with something about its all about the underground and keeping it real, let me be the 1st to say that im completely right there with ya, it is about that but not only. and i think your missin the point about what ppl on here are sayin is that its just gay here bc everyone wants a place to go on the weekends and chill in a cool ass enviro. with the lights and sounds and all that jazz. i just took a vacation to dallas (thats Texas) last week to see my friends and family and last saturday i found myself at the lizard lounge in downtown dallas watching Gigantor from Eval Intent spin a lil DnB and Deisel Boys and that shit was fuckin amazing and outta control for a 13$ 18 & up show til 4am in a small place with a dancefloor against the dj booth, gogo dancers, a vip loft, tables, now where the fuck in vegas are you gonna find that? nowhere. paul oakenfold and tiesto and a bunch of other real famous djs roll through here but go to high end expensive clubs that i prolly would have to go buy an outfit just to get in.

i love the underground shit and you keep ranting and raving about thats what its all about, but we aint askin for that, we are asking for directions to a real event anywhwere, and if you know of any maybe you should just put that, and dont reply with "well havent you seen my pages or myspace bc then your just selling yourself and im pretty sure your against that, if you know of any events that arent in another state or another country (thats canada) then put that bc ive been to lots of real shit from kickin it in a garage with a friend learning to spin to watching tiesto in fort worth (thats texas) but not everybody has that privilge, and if you read all this....

I hear ya, but I also don't put all my biz on the net for all the world to see (including those who don't want what I do to happen). That's the difference between the mainstream scene and the true underground. You're not gonna hear about it on some bullshit internet board. My issue with most is that they're hypocrites. They preach truth but practice lies. They say it's all about the music and vibe but when it comes down to it, all they want is your money and recognition. Fuck that, that's not underground at all.

Anyway... Got a couple things happening. The true old school way. Different lineups, good vibes, good sound, and wicked visuals. All for free, mind you. Those interested are more than welcome to hit me up.

i kinda have to agree with what twisted duo was talkin about but all im gonna add is that if it wernt for the big guys(even though some of them dont even sound that good) i and alot of other people would never have gotten into this entire style of music, seriously if it wasnt for dj neophyte i would prob be still listen to everything else
