Alfonz De La Mota Locked&Loaded-Soljazz Trilogy-CEO Sur America Records/Digital-Co-founder M.I.A. Chicago IL USA (alfonz/fonz) De La Mota is a product of the Chicago underground with a long history in the Chicago rave/underground scene, both as one of the biggest promoters in the Midwest during the late 1990's rave scene and in the drum n bass underground for being major contributor / supporter to the local scene, along with m1d1, establishing the Midwest's largest drum n bass dj collective "M.I.A." and starting "Sur America Records" releasing 2 12" records by Danny the Wildchild, Out Of Order and Locked&Loaded all Chicago producers. Since his start as a DJ in 1994 he has played all over the Midwest from Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, and as far as Albany New York, Troy New York, Houston and McAllan Texas, legendary drum n bass nights including Respect in Los Angles in April 07,and Konkrete Jungle @ pyramid in New york city and Konkrete Jungle in Las Vegas and chicagos own Seminar on weds nights.
