APRIL 19th 2008 REMEDY....
AREA PHOENIX

CONFIRMED DJS-

BAM BAM-CHICAGO

Emerging on the international electronic scene at the early age of 18, Bam Bam immediately began setting the pace for Techno and Hard House producers throughout the US and Europe. In 1997 Chicago-based label, UC Music, signed Bam Bam to an exclusive contract enabling him to release five fully licensed CD mix compilations including House Blend 3 & 4 and Da Hard Beats 1 & 2. While putting his name on numerous vinyl releases, exclusive remix projects, and working with high profile artists like Bad Boy Bill and Frankie Bones; Bam Bam became a strong accessory to the stronghold UC Music had in the late 90’s. With fellow UC artist Alex Peace, this turntablist set out to create the most aggressive 4 turntable act in music history and 420 was born. With countless tracks and live performances reverberating across the world, 420 is still in high demand and can be found electrifying crowds throughout the world to this day.

Moving his studio from the offices of UC to “Studio 956, Bunker B”, Bam Bam continues to work on high profile projects including credits on Bad Boy Bill’s Bangin’ the Box series and Behind the Decks. Bam Bam’s natural ability in the studio has become indisputable and has earned him numerous offers from elite producers and DJs worldwide; all looking for the clarity his mastering brings to projects and ranging from Techno to Hip Hop and CD to vinyl. In addition to these collaborative projects, Bam Bam has done numerous remixes for artists like DJ Rush, Miss Djax, house legend Kevin Irving, Jamie Bissmire, and Paul Langley, to name a few.

2002 saw the release of Bam Bam’s sixth mix compilation Do You Like it Hard? on Topaz Records. The CD gained Bam Bam the praise from critics who believed his time, like UC Music’s, had past. This impressive CD hit the masses with the full power of Bam’s own “Hard” sounds and earned him the reputation as an underground legend. Proving he is a force to be reckoned with, Bam Bam simultaneously launched Bass Heavy Music giving him the ability to engineer the most influential music being released in the industry today and gaining him sponsorship from SLAPPA and a new CD deal through Organica Records.

VICTOR DINAIRE-NY

When Victor Dinaire first set foot in the club scene, he was unaware that what he just discovered would become his life's passion. Although he "was always into music as a kid," his excitement for dance music began in the early 90's, when he began throwing parties at New York City clubbing meccas Limelight, the Tunnel, and the Palladium. "It was great working for three nightclubs because I got a taste of multiple different scenes." Driven by his desire to successfully break into the dance music industry, Victor increased his intensity by working Wednesdays through Saturdays at the clubs and spending the remainder of the week 'flyering' the city and organizing events. He submerged himself in the atmosphere, always watching and listening for what pleased the crowd most. "While the crowd was dancing and having a great time, I always observed the people's reactions to the way DJs worked them." Victor especially loved to watch legendary DJ Junior Vasquez during his late nights at the Tunnel, "it was from him that I learned to work a crowd by manipulating key records live and setting dramatic sequences." Victor took on the world of dance music full-force. His interest in electronic music landed him a gig at BMG/Logic Records in 1999, where he did promotion for artists such as Giorgio Moroder, Gloria Gaynor, Danny Howells and La Bouche. In addition to excelling as a promoter, multi-talented Victor was also asked to perform on the Logic label, ultimately kicking off his own career as an artist. Victors landmark first CD compilation, Logic Trance Volume 4, delivered a truly noteworthy beginning as a performer, hitting the top 5 position for three consecutive weeks on the CMJ charts and subsequently selling out. Victor's following CD compilations, "En Trance" on Bonzai Music Italy / Megahit US and Timeless Trance classics: Midnight Sessions, followed shortly thereafter by Morning Sessions, were all also sold-out successes. This New York City native steadily set a firm foundation for his reputation in some of the biggest clubs in New York, across the States and internationally. As a regular at New York City's famed Arc NYC nightclub, Victor gained a devoted following, with the crowd eagerly anticipating his regular closing sets as much as the headliners. From New York to South Korea, Victor has performed for events such as Spundae, Gatecrasher and Godskitchen, and with esteemed artists such as Tiesto, Paul Oakenfold, Ferry Corsten, Blank & Jones, Steve Porter, Junior Vasquez, John 00 Fleming, Sandra Collins, Nu NRG, Johan Gielen, Second Sun, Judge Jules and Matt Darey. Recognizing a demand for easy access to trance music, Victor teamed up with Sirius Satellite Radio to create his famous weekly radio show, Peak Hour. Seeing an opportunity to reach a larger audience, he partnered with Music Choice, showcasing live sets and mixes on his show Resident Nation. Feeling frustrated by a repetitive vibe coming from urban dance culture, ever the innovator, Victor formed Future Progression, "a lifestyle group dedicated to the electronic dance movement." His popular Future Progression loft parties in Brooklyn led to a show of the same moniker on XM Satellite Radio. In his most recent project, Victor partnered up with St. Michael and Kristina Sky in the creation of Lost Episode, a movement that uses all available forms of media on a mission to take electronic music to the level that more mainstream genres entertain. His radio show, re-launched as Lost Episode with Victor Dinaire, airs on XM Satellite Radio, Worldspace Satellite Radio, Music Choice TV, AOL Radio, DirecTV, ETN.fm and Digitally Imported (Di.fm), and is syndicated on fifteen FM stations across the US, including Energy Arizona FM. Victor's radio shows reach well over 80 million homes and cars nationwide, more than any other DJ in North America. Lost Episode also has monthly Club Nights at two of Southern California's hottest nightspots, Avalon in Hollywood and 4th and B in San Diego, featuring world renowned talent, such as the legendary Paul Oakenfold, Ferry Corsten and Blank & Jones. As far as Victor's taste in music, "I love emotional music-something that can be felt. I love to give people a feeling like they hae been to a million places when they hear me."

[b]LUNA-C (Kniteforce/Digital Entrapment)-UK
Born Christopher Howell, May 1,1973, Luna-C is a DJ and producer, most well known for his work in hardcore music. He made up a third of the rave group Smart E's in 1992, who shot to fame with their remix of the theme tune to Sesame Street (Sesame's Treet). He started Kniteforce Records in 1992, and the label has continued to have a cult following throughout hardcore music's rise and fall in popularity. The label also sprouted many label subsidiaries and Luna-C produced hundreds of tracks and remixes both under the name Luna-C and many other aliases. Luna-C sold Kniteforce Records in 1997, and the label stopped releasing records, but Luna-C resurrected the label as KFA (Kniteforce Again) in 2001, and then bought back Kniteforce Records and all its subsidiaries. The label's status was propelled back into the spotlight by its online presence where a forum was started, and then an online store. The label has maintained popularity in the hardcore scene, although compared to the high volume selling labels like Raver Baby, caters more for a niche market of dedicated followers and breakbeat hardcore fans.

DJ Luna-C has become well respected both in the United Kingdom where he is from, and also in many other countries including Germany, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Japan and Poland, having spent a lot of time DJing at raves and clubs worldwide. His name has become synonymous with a versatile and varied style of mixing, incorporating breakbeat hardcore, freeform, happy hardcore, old skool hardcore and drum and bass into his sets. Another unique feature of his sets is his use of unreleased dubplates and DJ tools which he produces for the purpose of playing live. These planned, but innovative sets have been released free online, in a series called the "Supasets". Many of his releases on Kniteforce Records and sister label Remix Records have received wide airplay amongst hardcore DJs, and some, like Piano Progression or Take Me Away and Six Days (as Cru-L-T with fellow producer Jimmy J) have been considered classics of this style. In more recent years on KFA, tracks like My Angel have received critical acclaim from the UK music press.
