Captain Crunk : With roots in the dirty south sound. Billy Laing's production career began as Genetic, releasing on Lifeform Project and an official remix for Sound Tribe Sector 9 (STS9). A move to Tucson fueled the transition to party DJ and so began Captain Crunk. A podcast was launched for his glitchy mashup mixes and soon the Captain was resident of a strong 500+ Tucson weekly called Optimist Club. After returning to Atlanta, Captain Crunk has been a common element in the city's raging dance scene. His love for all things house brings fidget, jack, bassline and big room into his sets and his productions. The Captain continues to rock parties unifying house heads and dubsteppers with the love of dirty basslines. Check out the Captain’s latest remix, released as part of STS9’s Peaceblaster Remix album on 1320 records.

From London to Seattle, Ape Kit's original tracks have been getting heavy support from dubstep djs around the globe.
