Andy also won the best D&B DJ award on Drum & Bass arena in 2001 & 2002 where in excess of 90,000 people voted, and again at Accelerated Culture's 'Peoples Choice Awards' in December 2002. Andy is also the highest ranking D&B DJ in the current DJ magazine Top 100 DJs placed at No. 28.

Miami Horror (AUS)
From humble beginnings in Melbourne, Miami Horror has made its mark on the world with a unique blend of Indie Electro, Electropop and Electronica that never fails to get the party started. Featuring the sublime talents of ex-Indie DJ, Benjamin Plant, the Horror (as they�re affectionately known and loved) have raised club roofs far and wide with tunes like �Don�t Be On With Her�, �Sometimes� and �Moon Theory� and are set to release their debut album �Illumination� in August 2010. With frenzied shows at some of Australia�s biggest festivals and support duties for Lilly Allen already notched up, Miami Horror�s future looks so bright it�s scary.

Claude Von Stroke (US)
Boasting a cult following of die-hard fans the world over, Detroit�s undisputed king of all things Tech, Minimal and the in sound from way out, Claude Vonstroke is an underground DJ and Producer with few equals in 2010. The head honcho of top-ranking, taste-making label, Dirty Bird, and brains behind late night weapons like �The Whistler�, �Who�s Afraid Of Detroit?�, and �Vocal Chords�, his two artist albums to date (2006�s �Beware The Bird� and 2009�s �Bird Brain�) are widely regarded as timeless classics despite their youth. Riva Starr (UK)
Gate-crashing his way into the world of dance via blogs, social networking pages, wild after parties and cheeky ass-kicking bootlegs, Riva Starr (aka Stefano Miele) is a DJ and Producer with a seriously bright future. Having already earned the world�s respect by way of EPs for Claude Vonstroke�s taste-making �Dirty Bird� label and Jesse Rose�s �Frontroom� imprint, this dynamic Tech-House renegade has the world domination firmly in his sights. Freestylers
Rocking clubs and parties for over a decade now, The Freestylers are still one of the most exciting names in dance music. New Venue Sydney
2010 sees Stereosonic move to Sydney's best facilitated venue. Only a 15 minute train ride direct from Central Station, the Showgrounds MAIN ARENA and surrounds has no sound issues, a later closing time, ample parking and easy public transport, it comes with state of the art facilities, plenty of green space and no stage capacity issues. We are excited with the biggest ever capacity for an electronic festival in Sydney.
New Venue Brisbane
Who was to know we would outgrow Eagle Farm in its first year at the venue! Well, we did! Stereosonic is now moving back to the RNA Showgrounds with increased capacity and we will utilize a new main stage and multiple areas in this custom built event space.
Melbourne 2 main stages
With such a massive lineup in Sydney and Melbourne, we have added a 2nd 10,000 capacity stage to cater for the sheer multitude of acts and people. In Melbourne we have opened up another 30% of the Showgrounds space now utilising the entire Melbourne Showgrounds.

After a long hiatus in the genre, Ministry of Sound returned in 2009 to the fore of the Trance with Trance Nation, an epic 2CD collection and Tour that was met with resounding success amongst trance fans nationwide. Now, 2010 sees this hugely popular release return to shelves and clubs around the country once again with Trance Nation Vol. 2

Assuming touring duties is without doubt the biggest Aussie name in Trance today, tyDi, who currently holds Australia�s #1 DJ and #2 Producer positions, as voted in the inthemix50 DJ poll. A further endorsement from the dance establishment came in the form of Armin van Buuren�s label Armada releasing tyDi�s recent production �Meet Me in Kyoto� - and his debut album Look Closer made him the 2nd highest selling Australian dance artist album in its opening month.

Also embarking on the national tour is Dutch born DJ and producer MaRLo who now calls Australia his home. After years invested into the EDM scene as an exciting producer and creative up and coming DJ, Melbourne now provides the perfect platform for a loyal and endearing fan base to emerge from, and over the past 12 months MaRLo has done just that. Having signed productions to trance super-labels such as Armada and Spinnin Records and remixing giant artists such as Ferry Corsten, MaRLo is a name fast becoming a name internationally recognized in the world of trance music.
