Getting away is the main reason I went out there...but ya it was just too much culture shock for me. Pittsburgh is incredibly....blue-collar. Yeah, it was definitely all about getting away. Culture shock wasn't too bad, I just need to be able to stick it out for the academics... I'm not used to having to work hard to get good grades, to be perfectly honest. But no way am I living anywhere with cold winters after I graduate, if I can help it.
