well good news is i keep all emails that include equipment.. pricing.. location.. etc etc.... and since most promoters refuse to sign contracts.. its just as good.. and i do plan on filing after the 19th if not paid by the... and ill be suing for the full amount, plus my lawyers fees & filing costs.. etc...
now i understand that some parties flop.. or dont have a good turnout etc.. i understand that.. thats why i give people a chance to pay a percentage of the total and just call it done. I dont think im unreasonable for do that. When people take off w/ o paying anything is when i get pissed and end up suing and winning the full amount... and a judgment on your record and me getting paid from your paychecks by the courts.. thats just embarrassing...
