don't worry about me, all is well in the land of cheshyre . liquid and i are still getting a good laugh from this scenario:

"yeah dude...the cops arrested some black guy upstairs."
"what?!...cheshyre got arrested?!?!"

hi-fucking-larious. thing is, i completely understand the train of thought. i am like the black guy in the rave scene, so when people here "black guy got arrested" and the only regular they know is yours truly...haha, yeah i get it.

but no, chesh' did not get arrested. in fact the guy did get cuffed...well let's just say that he definitely was not one of us.

the party:

it was par. not very many attendees. it is one of those, "the situation is what you make it." i was still worn out from dancing and giving light shows the entire night at viva (and i do literally mean the entire night), so i just sat back, chilled, partook in some wonderful conversations, and just enjoyed some damn good company.

the place getting shut down...i was surprised. never thought i'd see that happen to the gbh, and never would have expected it to happen in sf. swore that was oakland pd's specialty, not the city's...

anyway as i told liquid as we were heading back home, "yeah...i had a good time. i'm not upset that i went, but i wouldn't have been angry if i had missed this one either."

as the saying goes, "you win some, you lose some." i'd say this one was more of a draw...
